By accessing or using the Site or participating in the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Disclaimers, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Earnings and Results Disclaimer
Cythority does not guarantee any particular income, salary, promotion, employment opportunity, or financial result as a result of using the Site or participating in the VSOC Incubator program.
Any salary figures, income examples, job titles, compensation ranges, or other financial results presented on the Site—including references to $150,000–$300,000+ cybersecurity roles—are provided for illustrative or educational purposes only.
Such figures may reflect:
General market compensation data;
Industry salary ranges;
Specific positions or job postings; or
Results achieved by particular individuals.
These examples are not typical results, are not necessarily representative of the average participant, and are not a promise or prediction of what you will earn.
There are no guaranteed financial or career results unless expressly stated in a separate written enrollment agreement.
Your individual results may vary significantly and depend on factors outside Cythority’s control, including:
Prior education and professional experience;
Technical knowledge and aptitude;
Effort, consistency, and time invested;

Participation in an educational or career-acceleration program does not guarantee that you will achieve the results described in our marketing materials.

2. Employment and Placement Disclaimer
Cythority is not an employer of program participants, employment agency, staffing company, or recruiter acting on behalf of any particular hiring company.
Participation in the VSOC Incubator—including supervised training or practicum activities within a live Virtual Security Operations Center (“VSOC”) environment—is intended as an educational and practical training experience.
Unless you enter into a separate written employment agreement with Cythority, participation in the program does not create:
An employer-employee relationship;
Entitlement to wages or salary;
Employee benefits;
Guaranteed employment; or
Any promise of future employment with Cythority.
Any employment- or placement-related guarantee referenced in our marketing materials applies only to the extent expressly stated in your signed enrollment agreement and only if you satisfy every condition and requirement contained in that agreement.
Hiring decisions are made by third-party employers at their sole discretion. Cythority cannot guarantee that any employer will interview, hire, promote, or otherwise engage any participant.
3. Testimonials, Reviews, and Success Stories
Testimonials, case studies, reviews, and success stories displayed on the Site or in our marketing materials reflect the individual experiences of the people featured.
However, these experiences are individual results and are not necessarily representative of what every participant will experience.
Some individuals featured in testimonials may have:
Completed substantial additional training;
Invested significant time and effort;
Had prior professional experience;
Applied to numerous positions;
Participated in additional programs or activities; or
Achieved their results over an extended period of time.
Testimonials should not be interpreted as a representation, guarantee, or promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Unless otherwise disclosed, testimonials are not compensated.
If a participant receives an incentive, discount, benefit, or other consideration in exchange for providing a testimonial, that relationship will be disclosed where required by applicable law.

They are not a substitute for a professional cybersecurity assessment, audit, penetration test, risk assessment, managed security service, or other professional security service for your personal, business, or employer environment.
Cythority’s commercial MSSP and cybersecurity services are provided only under separate written agreements.
Nothing on the Site or within the VSOC Incubator:
Creates a cybersecurity services agreement;
Creates a service-level agreement or commitment;
Establishes a security monitoring obligation;
Creates a professional-client relationship; or
Guarantees any particular cybersecurity outcome.
No cybersecurity program, tool, technology, process, or service provider can guarantee the prevention or detection of every cyberattack, breach, vulnerability, or security incident.
6. Authorized Use of Security Techniques Only
Cybersecurity tools, techniques, procedures, credentials, and information provided through the VSOC Incubator must be used only on systems, networks, applications, or data that you own or that you are expressly authorized in writing to access or test.
Unauthorized access, scanning, testing, exploitation, disruption, interception, or modification of computer systems or data may violate applicable laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cybersecurity knowledge, tools, techniques, and credentials is lawful and properly authorized.
Cythority disclaims responsibility for any unlawful, malicious, negligent, or unauthorized use of knowledge, tools, techniques, credentials, or other materials provided through the Services.

7. No Affiliation or Endorsement
References to employers, companies, vendors, software platforms, cybersecurity products, certifications, professional organizations, or other third-party entities—including current or former employers of members of our team—are provided for identification, educational, or contextual purposes only.

Affiliation;
Sponsorship;
Partnership;
Authorization;
Certification;
Approval; or
Endorsement
by or from those organizations unless expressly stated.

These platforms are separate third-party companies and do not sponsor, endorse, or make representations regarding Cythority, the VSOC Incubator, or any offer made through the Site.
Any references to these platforms are provided solely for advertising, marketing, technical, or educational context.
10. Assumption of Risk
Your use of the Site and participation in the Services are voluntary.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions based on information provided through the Site or Services, including any financial commitment you make to purchase or enroll in the VSOC Incubator.
You acknowledge that career development, cybersecurity training, employment opportunities, and business or financial decisions involve inherent risks and uncertainties.
You assume responsibility for evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for your individual circumstances before making a purchase or other commitment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cythority and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided through the Site or Services.
